A payment from Bulgaria of £27 has received a paypal reduction of £1.47
from all the number on this page https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/cross-border-and-conversion-fees i cannot figure out which percentage has been taken from this payment and why? all other payments have been reduced by the 20p fixed fee and 3.4% so why has this one had more taken from it?
