1. Can I create two PayPal accounts with the same personal information?

You can create the personal and business account using the same email address and one business account is sufficient if you have more than one website.

Thank you for your post! Welcome to the community!

The information given by @shan06 requires a little correction. I'm sorry for the inconvenience! Separate accounts require different email addresses. You can have a separate Personal and a separate Business account, but they must each have a different email address to differentiate them when a payment is sent or when logging in. They may have the same mailing address, phone number, etc. However, they also will require different payment methods to be attached.
