Paypal authentikator problem

Hi. there is a problem that i have activated the authentication confirmation on one of my paypal accounts and i can't log in because i put my phone back on and if i want to log in it it has to enter the code that is in the authentication application. please take it off so I can use my account again.

Hello @sallaizs666, Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

 

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in to your PayPal account. As you have activated the authentication application, please call PayPal. This way, we can verify your account over the phone and help you log back into your account. 

 

If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website, you can click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. Then, from here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, and 'Login Problems', on the next page, you will see a 'Message Us’ or ‘Call Us’ option.
