Paypal account restriced, because of too many name changes in short time. What can I do?

Dear Paypal-Coomunity,

My Paypal-Account got restriced, because I tried to change my Name multiple times in a short time. When I made my Paypal-Account I was pretty young and I didn't put in my real name, but instead some reapting letters. One day I wanted to change the name to my real name, but it didn't work instantly, so I though I did something wrong. So I tried to change my name (to my real name) multiple times in a short time. After that my Paypal-Account got restricted.
Is there a way to remove the restriction? Thanks in advance.

Kind regards

If the name on the account is not a name that was ever your legal name, it is not likely that a name change will be possible. Names can be changed on an account in the following circumstances:

A legal name change

A minor misspelling

And in the case of an account for a registered business, a change in the designated contact for the company.

Changing from a fictitious name (or, as in your case, a name unrelated to your legal name) to a legally recognized name is not something that is supported. If the account is not currently limited, you may wish to close the account and open an account using the correct information.

Thank you kernowlass for your fast answer,

I would love to make a new account, but my bank details are saved on this account and I can't delete them. It says I can't delete or open a new Paypal-Account with my current Bankdetails.
Do you know how I could remove it?
Thanks in advance.

Kind regards
