❓ Can anyone tell me please why PayPal have sent a message telling me that I am going to be charged interest on my account, when I don't even keep any money in it? It is generally only used to pay for things using my debit card details. It is only "once in a blue moon' that I've sold something on eBay and payment might be sent to my PayPal account. I've tried the Chatbot but it can't understand the query. I don't particularly want to speak to anyone on the phone about it though. This is the intro to the message: "Important changes to your PayPal Credit account We’re making changes to how we charge interest from 1st July 2024..."

Thats a general email for those paypal users that have opened a 'Paypal credit' account, they do not mean your normal Paypal account.
If you don't have Paypal credit as per link then ignore it.
