PayPal keeps taking $1

PayPal keeps taking $1 CAD from my bank account. This happened on April 1st and then again today. There is zero transaction history in my PayPal account of this occurring. Due to covid19 there is no one at the call centre. So there is literally nothing I can do to stop this from happening, as I have ordered something from a company and the money for them hasn't come out yet. I've been taking screenshots of this happening in my bank account.. what do I do?!

It takes a few days to a week, even up to 30 days, depending on your card issuer.
