PayPal has set the wrong name to my account

I am very annoyed. My full name consists of two first names and a last name — imagine a person called Mary Jane Smith, for example. Here, on my documents — required by PayPal — my name appears as in the example. No commas, no periods, nothing. They simply had to accept it but instead, PayPal has decided that my account must have another name. Going back to the example name of Mary Jane Smith, the name on the account would now be Mary Smith. You understand well that they are two different people and this is unacceptable. Mary Jane Smith has a bank account, linked cards, and documents in her name. Mary Smith does not. Mary Jane Smith lives at the address provided to PayPal. Mary Smith does not. PayPal has no chat support and I don't think it would useful to try another name change. What do you think would be the best course of action?
