PayPal doesn't let me complete my SSN Confirmation

Hi, I'm trying to remove the hold out of my PayPal Account and so far I've resolved all items except the Social Security Number Confirmation. I try to click but the Add button doesn't do anything. It must be some kind of programming error probably, but so far it has affected my ability to transfer funds to my account. Please, Help! I don't know what to do!

Clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
