PayPal business app. Login failed.

PayPal business app on iOS keeps giving me “login failed: sorry the app does not yet support your accounts location.” But I’ve used it with no issues for I don’t know how long. This is happening after getting new iPhones. Location services are on for the app. Normal PayPal app works but business one does not. What can I do this is obviously necessary for my business. Thank you

I am also having this issue as of this morning. The website works fine but it seems they are having issues with the app. I have tried both professional and personal logins on the app and both give the same "Login Failed: sorry, the app does not yet support your account location" error.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues using our mobile app recently. Do you have a VPN or some kind of IP-mask app on your phone? If so, that may be blocking your ability to use our app. If that's not the case, and deleting and redownloading the app doesn't do the trick, please reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
