When I log onto my app on my phone, I use Face ID. Every time after this it asks me to confirm it’s me by sending a text message. Does anyone know how to get this off?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! 

I'm sorry to hear that you must enter a security code each time you sign into your account, even when using Face ID. There's a chance you also have 2-Step Verification set up. You can double-check it and deactivate it by following these steps on our Help Center. If it's not activated, then it could be our Security System. Our Security System assesses all actions completed through PayPal, and if it determines an extra code is needed, it may request one. I apologize; this wouldn't be something that can be deactivated.
