PayPal account with bank account linked in debt is blocked

Hello,

I have a €100 debt on PayPal, from 2 years ago it seems like. I can't really remember if I got this debt myself.

I honestly don't wanna say anything about it.

But now when I wanna use PayPal and connect my bank account with IBAN it gives an error. I'm pretty sure the IBAN is blocked.

I would pay off the debt. But I basically can't, because I can't login to the PayPal account.
