How will I know that my PayPal account have been verified? I already added credit card information and I already completed the confirmation. I still don't know if my PayPal account is verified.

Once you have successfully linked/confirmed a card/bank account, the account is verified.
If you no longer see an Unverified link anywhere the next time you log in, you are Verified, too.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
