Pay pal login issue

When I try to login to my PP account, no matter if I use desktop or mobile app, after inserting the password, the following message is displayed:"We're having trouble making sure it's you" What is this? Please help me to fix this problem please 🙏

 Do you have a mobile phone linked to your paypal account and registered in your name and country of the paypal account? If yes then you would need to reach out to customer services for further help with your account issue.
