Hello, I'm from Armenia, here we can only send money via paypal, but not receive. Now I need to receive money via paypal, so I want to travel to Georgia (paypal-enabled country) and open an account there. What do I need for making that, and is it possible to open paypal account in Georgia if I'm not citizen of Georgia. I only need to receive money via paypal, nothing else. Thank you!
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to close your old Paypal account and open a new Paypal account registered in the country where you now live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
