Only one phone!

I had 2 phone numbers.

One is no longer in service.

That leaves me with 1 phone number.

Paypal won't let me delete the out-of-service phone.

How can I delete it?

I have the same problem.  Can't find any solution to removing my old phone number.  Why are 2 needed when some people don't have 2 phones?

Well,  I was hoping this would have been an answer from PayPal. Ha! 

The policy makes no sense.
