Old shipping address appearing when using a third party sale connect.

I’m not sure how to fix this and it’s driving me bonkers. I’ve made a few purchases over the last week via Facebook and using the vendors third party link and I have over a dozen old address that keep appearing that don’t reflect under the address portion in the PayPal app and website. How do I clear these addresses? Using Apple iOS products.

This issue was reported years ago, but PayPal has done nothing to fix it. Instead they incorrectly marked the topic as "solved".
