Old account

When I try to log in in the end is message "there is something wrong in our side". So I was open a new account, but I Can't set bank account, because is in old one paypal account. And Can't Delete old one, because I Can't log in 😫

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited. 

So your best bet is to contact customer services to regain access to the old account and shut the new one??

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
