My friend i iust noticed this problem this morning, im so glad to find u first person that has same issue. Last i logged in successfully or made payment was 7 December. (every login or payment requires sms otp 6-digit) and for years it worked flawlessly (or to be fair the otp is more of recent addition- rather to say ive never in all my years of usage of pp ever been stuck from my account like this.. Out of curiosity and only if you feell you want to share that info but please dont other wise but from what general region are you / your account ? Im in south africa, mobile phone on our VODACOM mobile network / cell provider,- i just have feeling could be a technical issue here because our country has had brownout / blackout (no electricity up to 8 to 12 hours some day, most UPS backup battery at network towers or data centers is only half that time, so much downtime.. i think its more than this though, as all power across country is on, still no sms coming, (11am now gmt +2 , issue been since at least 4am gmt+2 when i first attempted to purchase some software (have bought from same shop already multiple times -
