Not receiving email notifications though settings say that I should.

We're a small charity taking membership subscriptions and donations via our PayPal account.  It seems that for the last two months I've stopped receiving email notifications of members renewal payments.  Yesterday 1/1/2024 I transferred to our charity bank account the last two months PayPal transactions and I've not received this email notification.  This seems very strange and I'm not sure why this has happened.

NOTIFICATIONS are TURNED ON in our settings.

No email 'spam' filter has been applied

Not sure what I need to do to sort the problem.

(Trying to digest the recent legalities in changes to system HURTS my brain.  Why can't technical speak be easy to understand for the 'mature' charity administrator?).  I feel I have missed something which has affected not receiving email notifications anymore.  ADVICE APPRECIATED

Thank you for investigating after I'd contacted you directly.   You kindly confirmed that there were no hold-ups on notifications being sent to my email account.

So I logged into the online version of our email account, deleted all 'BLOCKED' filters and 'blocked' email address and suddenly I receive an notification from yourselves that I have a message (reply) waiting.

It seems that the issues MUST HAVE BEEN in the settings of my mailbox because we are now receiving PayPal message notifications.
