Hello PayPal community.
I play an on-line game called Dragon Blood via facebook platform for over 2years.
I tried to make a small recharge few days ago and the game payment page stated the transaction was insecure.
I sent them a ticket and they stated it was facebook's problem and ofc i sent a ticket to facebook (still awaiting their reply) . I also checked my secure paypal link on facebook is all ok , which it is.
Asked gaming friends for help, they suggested i check my activity on paypal transactions and to send the game providers a screen shot to prove i have bought credit in the past and that my chosen and trusted payment method is safe and known to them. This morning i checked this and for some reason there are no logged payments to this particular game. However, my bank account statement verifies that i have.
How do i ask paypal to find these previous payments?
