No access to my account because of wrong phoneno. by system

I don‘t know why but my phone no. was obviously changed by the system. If I try to log in an SMS is sent in to the Nirwana and phonecall does not work either because I always get the message „error on our side please try later“ So, anyone has a useful tip?

 

BTW. I‘m living in Ireland and have a 3 digit Area code the Login side however shows a 4 digit code
