How can I review and accept the banks’ Credit Card Processing Agreements? I received the notification alert and I clicked "Accept" after I entered the notification alert. However, there is no change for my account after accepting. I would like to verify this as I need to proceed the Facebook Ad payment. (Facebook Business Manager shows that my Paypal payment cannot be verified. How can I solve this ? Thanks a lot!
