I can't get into my PayPal account because the login procedure has started requiring a cell phone number. I don't have a cell phone. I tried giving it the land line number. It claimed to have sent me a code but I don't have any way to receive the code. There isn't any way around the page with the requirement, now cancel button for example. How can I get back into my PayPal account?
