Need to close my account but don't have access to my old mobile number

As mentioned in the subject, I need to close my account but no longer use and have access to my old UAE mobile number.

I am also unable to contact Paypal Support besides this. There is no number listed to call or chat bot or anything which makes this super frustrating.

I've been trying to add in my US number to my Paypal account, but that doesn't work as it needs to be a UAE number.

Can they close my account with using just my email?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you want to close your PayPal account. Please reconsider! If there's a chance that you might want to use PayPal in the future, it's a good idea to keep your account open. There's no fee to keep your account open. Also, PayPal is region specific service you will not able to access it from a different region. Hence, I recommend you create a region-specific account. 

To find the contact option when you cannot log into your account, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then click Password and account access, then Login problems. At the bottom of that page will be your logged out contact options.
