My actual name is Mohammad <removed>, but I want it changed to remove the hypen(-). Why? Because my other banks' system do not accept special characters so my GCASH and PAYMAYA cards even tho registered with the same ID, my name comes out as Mohammad <removed> (without hypen). so whenever I tried linking both of these accounts to my paypal it just says "your name has to be exactly the same" something like that. Who do I approach? How? I'm from the Philippines. I would appreciate anyone's help as I really need it for work application purposes.
