Name Change on Business Account

I very recently created a business account and stupidly used my business name as first and last name.

I am now having difficulty trying to verify my account every time I try and contact paypal as it is not my legal name.
Although I have tried to change my first and last name by providing documentation, nothing seems to actually be happening. Is there a particular timescale I should be waiting.

I am hoping there is someone who can actually help me? As I seem to be going in a loop. Many thanks.

Please be informed that you would not be able to change the name of the account. 
Hence, I would recommend you to kindly close your current PayPal account and create a new PayPal account with our legal name.
