My balance is 0.00 but I can’t delete my account, sth needs to be resolved…..

I want to delete my PayPal account - the balance is 0.00 but it shows there’s something that needs to be resolved… Connecting with a representative is a quite though procedure so just wondering if someone can help me in the meantime. Thanks.

Does the account have any limitations?

Is the account registered in the country where you live?

Do you have any pending transactions (bank transfer can take 5-7 business days but paypal credits the seller upfront so it shows as completed).

Do you have any subscriptions or preapproved payments you need to cancel?

Have you removed c.c.'s or bank accounts?
