I haven't sent or received any money, other than my friend sending me 0.01€ to test if my real name shows through PayPal.Me. How can I contact PayPal support to fix this? I want live chat, but there seems to only be the option for calling them, and since I'm not from the USA, I'd imagine it would cost quite a lot.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
