My Account Limitation

Hello everyone,

 

I need help due to my resolution page not actually being much of a help. This is because at the bottom, I have one task left to do and that is to provide proof of delivery. However, whenever I click on it, nothing shows up and this is slightly getting on my nerves. It may have been the fact that I sent the items as it doesn't require a tracking number. Hopefully someone tells me what the problem is. Thank you.

 

SUMMARY:

I have just explained that the issue is when I click on the resolution centre. When I click on it, I have one last task left to do to relieve me of my account limitations. This last task is to provide proof of delivery. However, when I click on it proof of delivery, nothing shows up and this re occurring task means that I can't get it done. Please tell me what the problem is. Thank you so much.

Please click here to switch to the classic Resolution Center before the makeover. You can review the task list from here and if possible, complete the last step for a review of the limitation.

 

If this still doesn't work, please click here to retrieve their contact number. The Customer Service team can find the appropriate option to take, which could include a manual input of the information over the phone or immediate referral to an Account Specialist to remove the limitation.
