My boyfriend sent money to my old PayPal account which I opened under my business/stage name in 2018. I no longer use that account but still had access to it, so I tried to transfer the funds to my CURRENT PayPal account instead. In order to do so, PayPal requested that I updated my personal info and provide documentation of proof of identity and credit card ownership. I promptly followed the steps as directed and explained the circumstance, but PayPal still chose to freeze my access to the funds for 180 days, with no promises of what may happen thereafter. What do I do?
