Please try doing this from a browser if you've been using the app, and clear the cookies and cache in the browser and restart it. If the problem persists after that, please contact Customer Service to ask for assistance from a representative, as they can do a little more troubleshooting and/or escalate the problem if there's something technically wrong. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for contact options. Alternatively, you can send a direct private message to our social media teams on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter for assistance.
