I understand you haven't received any of the messages from your friends and family members, and I'm sorry to hear that. You can access the Messages from your transaction details in your PayPal Activity. On the App, look for Messages, and on a browser, look for Message (friend or family member's name). If you're using the PayPal App and don't see it, please double-check that your App is up to date. If you're using a web browser, please clear your cache and cookies or attempt to do so through another browser.
