Lost access to account and can't delete account

I can't login to my account nor reset it as I get error your identity can not be confirmed. Now I am totally stuck and want to delete my account but that is also not possible because there too I get the same error message. How can I delete an unrecoverable account

If you can't log in then use the 'guest' option when you call.
