Login to paypal-support.com and paypal-techsupport.com both doesn't work. Click on "Login via PayPal" results in a loop: I login, but only get redirected to the login screen again. I cleared cache, tried different browsers, always the same. I contacted (regular) PayPal support about it many times, never got a response. When I pushed for it, I got a response, saying "All is working fine"...
