While logging in her account, system says.. "Sorry, Something went wrong on our end. Please try again."

I am sorry to know that you're having issues while logging into your account. As per the information that you've shared, it seems to be a glitch. In this case, I would recommend you to try some trouble shooting such as clearing cache and cookies or try using different browser or device to see if that works. If the issue still persist, you can contact PayPal Customer Support so that our advisors can take down your account specific information and add it to the records so that our concerned team can look into it and resolve the issue.
