Login issues

Good day, so i tried to log in on my Paypal account but its says "reset your password for security" however when i click those, it says "we couldn't confirm it was you" . I already contacted customer service but they said i would email service help center, however until now they didn't reply. So I'm asking everyone who can read this, to give me some tip on how to resolve this problem. Thank you. Best regards.

Hi @misterNice 

It could be for the security reason, have you changed your phone recently which is registered to your PayPal account?

If no, please try to Reset your account password and check.
I recommend that you try using the PayPal website using laptop/desktop and please make sure to clear the cache and cookies of your browser before you try.
