Login error

I am trying to log in and it says "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you". Anyone help? This happens after I contact customer support to reset my password and my phone number on my account because I can't login when it asked me for OTP on my old phone number

Welcome to PayPal community. I am sorry to know that you are facing login issues. It is best to contact us through PayPal website as we need to verify your account ownership. You can locate the support phone number by clicking on the "Help and Contact" link at the bottom of our website an then choosing the "password and account access" issues.
