Hi, Today after years I visited PayPal website, I entered my user and password and it took me to enter OTP for some reason I was not receiving OTP and I kept trying. After few attempts they blocked my account. I wrote to support and all the reply me was how to reset the password where as the issue is not receiving OTP (which I have fixed now). So now how shall I unblock the my account.
