I am trying to log into my account, but it can't work. I am being asked to verify that it is me by receiving a code via my mobile. The mobile number I used to open my account is still the same, but I am wondering why I do not get the code every time I request it. I always get codes from Google and other platforms on the same number, but I am wondering why it does not work for PayPal.

In this case, we usually suggest our customer to check with their network service provider. If you are still unable to receive the code, I recommend that you please contact our phone support team by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Once you contact our phone support team, they will be able to assist you.
