Log on Access

Is anyone else having an issue with the system not remembering your device?  I keep having to get a one-time code and PayPal doesn't remember the computer despite my logging in regularly.  This only started within the last couple of weeks.

Thank you for joining the PayPal Community! I am sorry to hear that you're running into trouble getting logged into your PayPal account or having to complete additional verification to get access. I can understand wanting to make sure that everything goes through smoothly. It can be common for our system to require additional verification for security. Additionally, is it possible that you turned on a security key? If so, you can find a bit more information on that here.
