Log in without phone number/ close account

Good day I lost my phone with the phone number which I used to open my PayPal account and I cannot login to my account because I need my phone number to receive login codes. Please assist me to change the phone number and login without phone number So that I will be able to change the phone number How can I login to my account without phone number? And how can I close my account without logging in to my account ?

Select the guest option if you can't log in when you phone.
