Hello guys My question is that if I open a USD bank account in Norway will that save me exchange fees when I withdraw money to my bank? Because the exchange rate from USD to NOK is very unfair and is costing me a lot of money. My second question, is it possible to unlink my bank account from my PayPal and link to another bank account? Thanks
