Limited account because of age

Hello, so I created my account a while ago and didn't notice that a person under 18 cant legally have a Paypal account. After a while I transfered money to my Paypal and I wanted to take it out to my normal bank and it required to upload some of my documents which clearly stated that i am under 18 so they limited my account. I really would like to withdraw my money to my bank and I need help figuring out how to do it. I talked to my father and he is willing to take over the account as in he is willing to upload his documents to make sure my money is useable. (By the way it is not a problem to transfer the money to my fathers bank) If anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it.
