Issue with profile setting

Hi,
I've 2 issues regarding profile setting.
First issue is regarding removing of my previous billing address. Whenever I tried to remove the old billing address, it would prompt me an error.
The other issue is that I can't change my displayed name. Current format is "Given name" followed by "Family name". Is there a way to change the display to reflect "Family name" then "Given name"?
