Is there ANY way of turning off 2 step verification on a single access desktop.

I know this has been asked before but is there ANY way of turning off 2 step verification? I am exceedingly old fashioned and only use PayPal on my desktop PC and my not my mobile. Having to go and search for it is a pain with my arthritis. Otherwise, it is back to the credit card for me.

Sadly not at random times paypal use 2FA for logging in or checking when you withdraw funds.

Oh dear.. I did find PayPal so useful but it is turning into a nightmare. As I said, either find something better or back to credit card.
