Hello, I am thinking about using PayPal as my service to implement a marketplace my question is do the sellers in my marketplace need to have a business? My marketplace is meant for people of all ages (even kids) to trade collectibles for real world money.

Please be informed that sellers need to have a business account in order to receive the Goods & Service payment. I would also like to inform you that minors who are below 18 years can not create a PayPal account which is against our User Agreement Policy.
