IP blocked or still verifying?

It's been almost a week since I've been trying to send money from my account. When I try to do it from my pc, a message pops up saying that I should try later, and when I try to do it from the app, it get's stuck loading in the review step. I contacted customer service, but they say the can't find anything wrong with my account and that I should try on another device, which I also did. Besides that, another family member is having the same issue (we live in the same house). I don't know what should I do now. This started happening when I received a payment from a friend.
