ID document check issue encountered

I am not able to pass through the ID document check, I have taken 7 times of my ID card, all the info can be clearly seen in the preview mode, but the result still said it is too bright, dark, blurry or cannot be written, I am not sure if paypal just use image processor to proceed my application and I ask CS, they just copy and paste the instruction and cannot help...
