I want to close my account.

So I want to close my account because I mistook the account type to be bussiness account, but paypal won't let me do it. I don't know why. I think it comes from the personal and bussiness information to be filled, but i dont have any bussiness to begin with. So, I cant even complete the user verification. And it won't let me delete my account.

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
