I used to live in Hungary, and made my first PayPal there. As I moved to Germany, I made a new profile as I was told I couldn't update the country of the primary PayPal account for some reason. But I used my Hungarian phone number, which is now invalid. The problem is, they ask to send me a message via the old, invalid phone number for me to gain access to my German account. Is there any other way I can confirm my identity?
